HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES AFTER PURCHASE?

Once payment is processed you can instantly download your zip file in two ways:

• a direct download link after the order is completed
• an email with a link to the download after fulfillment

WILL I RECIEVE ANYTHING IN THE MAIL?

No, Morgan Day Designs website consists of digital content, and nothing will be shipped.

LICENSE

DOES MDD DESIGNS COME WITH COMMERCIAL LICENSE?

Yes, each design comes with a license for personal and commercial use. If you are a member of MDD Insiders, you are able to use those elements to create designs to sell digitally or on physical products.

CAN I USE MDD FILES FOR EMBROIDERY?

Yes, if you know how to digitize a file you are more than welcome to use my files for embroidery, but if you plan to use them to sell for profit then you can only use them on physical products. If you are a member of MDD Insiders, you are able to use those elements to create designs to sell digitally or on physical products.

CAN I USE MDD FILES FOR PHYSICAL TRANSFERS?

FILE FORMATS

WHAT FILE FORMATS DO YOU OFFER?

I offer SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPEG and JPEG (mirrored). Choose a design from the free section and you can test the file before making any purchases.

COMPATIBILITY

CAN I USE MDD FILES WITH SILHOUETTE OR CRICUT MACHINES?

Yes, if you are using Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or any other paid upgrade then you can use the SVG file, BUT if you are using Silhouette Studio Basic Edition (free edition) then you will need to use the DXF file. You can use the SVG file in Cricut Design Space. These file formats cannot be used in the Cricut Craft Room.

CUSTOM ORDERS

DOES MDD EXCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

You can always contact me, and I will be more than happy to see if I am available at that time to do custom work. However, I will not copy other designers work or design with licensed characters or any copyrighted material.

REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the electronic nature of digital downloads No Refunds will be given. However, if you have any problems with your order, please contact me.

CRICUT DESIGN SPACE ISSUES

WHY ARE THE LETTERS SCRAMBLED ON THE MAT?

• If the design your using is only letters (no design elements) and you're cutting it in one color, just make sure your design is grouped on the design mat and in the bottom right-hand corner click "ATTACH" and then click "MAKE IT"
• If you're cutting your letters into different colors, just group each color together, separately from the whole design and then group the entire design together on the design mat and in the bottom right-hand corner click "ATTACH" and then click "MAKE IT"
• If the design your using has letters and a design, just group letters together (by colors if needed) then group everything together and in the bottom right-hand corner click "ATTACH" and then click "MAKE IT"

NOT ALLOWED

WHAT CAN I NOT DO WITH MDD FILES?

It's very simple, you may NOT:

• resale or claim the design as your own.
• sell any MDD design in any digital format, unless the designs are from the Digital Designer Boxes (MDD Insider).
• share or give away any MDD files as freebies.
• use any MDD file with any print on demand services, unless you are an active member of MDD Insiders.
• share your login information with anyone.
• share any course or program material.
